Get Sober, Strong & Back in Control - Without AA or Moderation Games
What we do
This isn’t AA.This isn’t rehab.Those programs are life-changing for the men they’re built for -
but completely irrelevant for the ones they’re not.HazelFit exists for the other group. The high-performing men who are “high-functioning drinkers.”The achiever who looks like he has it all together…
except when he’s alone with his habits. We offer a structured, fitness-first system to rebuild your discipline, your body, and your brain - without needing a rock-bottom story to justify wanting better.

This is for you if...
You’ve built a solid career but can’t out-earn your hangovers.
You’ve tried “cutting back” or “moderation” more times than you can count.
You’re tired of wasting mornings, workouts, and weekends to booze.
You want a clear plan, real accountability, and a coach who’s lived it.
You’re ready to trade short-term dopamine hits for long-term strength and control.
The problem
You don’t drink because you’re weak. You drink because your brain likes fast dopamine and you don’t have a better system in place.
Here’s the cycle most high-performing men get stuck in:

Stress → drink → quick relief
Next day → low mood, low energy, low discipline
Promise to “do better” → repeat
The Solution
My system doesn’t just tell you “don’t drink.”It gives your brain and body something better.
A Hybrid program that combines:
Expert-level race-style run programming (variable run plan to develop VO₂ max)
Muscular endurance–focused strength training (to build muscle and long-term discipline)

Why this matters:
A higher VO₂ max is one of the strongest predictors of how long you live and how well you live.
More muscle means better mood stability, better metabolism, better resilience.
Instead of chasing a 20-minute buzz that wrecks the next day, you’re stacking training sessions that boost your mood, clarity, and confidence for hours. That’s why the cravings start to fade. You’re not just saying “no” to alcohol - you’re saying “yes” to something stronger.

Chris:“First time I’ve been in the 170s in years. I hovered around 195–199 forever.”Jay:"Just left the doctor — blood pressure 116/65. Lowest it’s been in 15 years. Another crazy gain from this program.”Trent:4 weeks in.
Hasn’t touched a drink.
Already down 10 lbs.Ryan:12 weeks. No alcohol. Consistent training. He's 38 but now has a fitness age of 20 based on his VO₂ max level.
Who's behind hazelfit?

I’m Nick - founder of HazelFit and creator of this system.I spent 13 years as a million-dollar freight broker, living the classic “work hard, play hard” life.On paper, I was successful:
big job, nice house, loving family. But I was drinking way too much.I was hungover more often than I wanted to admit. And I wasn’t showing up as the husband, father, or man I knew I could be.When I finally ditched the alcohol and started training with intention, everything changed. In a few months I was sober, stronger, and clearer than I’d been in years. That was 2.5 years ago. Now, I've refined the system that worked for me to help other high-performing men do the same - with structure & accountability every step of the way.No meetings.
No moderation.
No bullshit.Just a system that works - if you’re ready to work it.
Q1: Do I have to already be fit to start?A: No. You just need to be willing. We adapt the training to your current level and available equipment - the intensity scales with you.Q2: Do I have to quit drinking completely?A: The system is built for an aggressive, alcohol-free reset. If you’re looking to “just cut back,” this probably isn’t the right fit. If you’re ready to remove it and rebuild, you’re in the right place.Q3: How much time per week do I need?A: Expect 6 training sessions per week, ~45 minutes each, plus a few minutes a day for check-ins and habit work.Q4: Is this like AA or therapy?A: No. This isn’t AA, rehab, or therapy. This is a structured coaching program focused on fitness, habits, and accountability. Many guys do this alongside therapy or other support - but this is its own lane.Q5: How do I know if this is right for me?A: If you’re a driven guy who’s tired of letting alcohol control your energy, your mornings, and your potential, this is built for you.
You’ve proven you can perform at a high level in other areas of life. Now it’s time to bring that same energy to your body, your habits, and your sobriety. If you’re done negotiating with yourself and ready to run a proven system, I’d love to work with you.
