Everything shifted when I committed to three simple guardrails: run miles, lift weights, don’t drink. 


That structure gave me energy, focus, and confidence—not just in the gym, but in my career, marriage, and how I show up for my kids.


I earned my CPT through NASM to sharpen my craft, but more importantly, I built a system that works in the real world.
